The system still needs to be properly sized, and insulation, heat loss, electrical capacity and freeze-sensitive plumbing should all be considered.
Can I monitor and control my heating and air conditioning remotely?
Yes. Many modern heating and cooling systems offer controls that allow you to check temperatures and adjust your system remotely.
This can be especially useful for seasonal homes and lakeside villas when you're away from the property.

Upon arrival found the condensate backing up on the system. Found the screen in the condensate pump and the joint at the pan to be blocked solid. Pump has been running dry. This seems to have caused wear on the pump causing it to become louder when operating. Cleaned lines and tested system. The system is functioning. The customer would like quote to replace the pump and then schedule to perform the yearly maintenance on ductless systems when the pump is changed.
