I wasn't home, when Skylar came today; but my Mother was. She is 85 yrs old, and is having memory issues. After diagnosing, and fixing the issue, Skylar called, me, knowing it might be alot of information for my Mom to recall . Skyler was awesome! Friendly and welcoming and very helpful. I'm one of those people who has no idea what she's doing when it comes to HVAC but needs to understand how things run for everything to make sense. Skyler had no issue explaining the ins and outs of everything he was doing and why he was doing it. That made me feel more at ease and I appreciated it so much! Got my heat up and running again in no time and now I don't need to worry about another frigid winter night without heat! Thanks Skyler!
