Stefani did a great job! She was very friendly, arrived on time and went right to work and shut off the outside disconnect. I told her I would just let her do her work and not bother her fully expecting that a complimentary cleaning would be a quick once over and went outside to my shed. After a while I went into the house and found her cleaning the unit. Floor protected, television that is right under the unit fully protected and a cover over the unit with a hose leading into a five gallon bucket catching liquids. When she moved to the outside unit she did an equally thorough job. The last thing was to check the temperature of the unit which she explained to me. The test was good but the louvers did not close when the unit was turned off. I've seen that before and eventually they close. I asked her about it. She explained it was going through a normal cycle. Lastly, I would like to mention I am a retired old guy aged 66 but decided to continue to work after retirement. Over the years I've worked with folks younger than me. Every time I approached Stefani during her work I was pleased to see that there was no cell phone texting, watching videos etc. She just did her work.

Routine ductless system cleaning.
Bob and his new hire Trent did a good job on the install. Bob doubled checked Trent's work and gave Trent pointers and little quizzes as the install progressed. There was what I believe is called an evacuation pump failure. Bob reacted quickly made a call to Chris to make sure everything was ok then explained to Trent why he did what he did. The only two problems I had was first: The payment app. used. I gave a down payment with my debit card and my card info was apparently saved to whomever has the app. I had no need to give my card numbers again for final payment because they were saved. Needless to say I'll be watching my card closely. The second issue....no receipt for payment or for work performed.
